The fountain stands on Langertstraße, approximately at house number 80, at an ascent to the Burgstall. The plaque is a replica of a seal of Emperor Frederick I. Barbarossa. The inscription reads: IMPERATOR FREDERIC[US] DEI GRATIA ROMANORU[M] (German: Friedrich von Gottes Gnade Kaiser der Römer).
