Cantallops is located on the southern slope of the Albera Mountains, in an area where the mountains merge into a plain with cork and holm oaks and other oak species. The well-kept village has 300 inhabitants and life is dominated by tranquility, tramontane and the simple life in nature.

Cycling

This is a nice little town on the backroads between la Jonquera and Llança. There are places to get food a drink here. I would much rather stop here for lunch than la Jonquera. Plus, there are some nice trails around here also.
