    Road cycling

The road from Cardon to the FV-605 is currently being renovated. It is officially closed, but at weekends when work is not being carried out it is like gravel, but this can of course change from week to week. I hope that the road will be finished soon. Then you can also drive south, which was not recommended until now due to the poor surface. If it is finished while I am still here, I will write about it here.
Update May '24: I am no longer here, but I read online that the road is supposed to be finished.

After the bus stop in Cardon, the road changes to a bumpy partly gravel road. However, it is easy to ride as an ascent, not suitable as a descent.

One of the most beautiful stretches in Fuerteventura - after a long construction period, now even more beautiful with a new, top-quality road surface! The purpose of the new, continuous crash barriers for this side road remains a mystery.
