With the help of numerous citizens who took on sponsorships, 166 roses in 25 varieties, around 250 perennials and grasses, 1000 crocuses, 300 daffodils and 500 tulips were planted.
The steel sculpture "Icarus" by Siegbert Hergert was also purchased.
