The Javelina Wash Trail runs parallel to Cactus Forest Drive and connects back to the Desert Ecology Trail. If you'd like to explore the desert without wandering too far from civilization, this is the trail for you. Check out tons of giant saguaros and other desert vegetation. This trail is especially pretty around sunrise and sunset.
