The quarry is now a large terrace overlooking the Varese Pre-Alps and the Lombard plain, with wooden tables for a break, a covered area equipped with a small library.
The site is completed with some finds of ancient machinery, once used for stone extraction, with educational panels illustrating its history and functioning.
