Vico Morcote is located over 400 meters above sea level, halfway up the slope, on a protrusion on the southern slope of Monte Arbostora, downstream from Alpe Vicania, with a magnificent view of Lake Ceresio and Monte S. Giorgio; in particular, from the eastern side, it enjoys a privileged view of Brusino Arsizio, located on the opposite bank. It is connected to the shore by a road that overcomes the difference in altitude with wide bends and continues towards Carona.
