The summit of Square Top is 10,694 feet and is one of the six exposed, rocky mountains that comprise the Jarbidge Traverse. Similarly to its neighbor, Jumbo Peak it is not an exceptionally striking peak along then ridge line, it is still offers fantastic panoramic views of the Jarbidge Mountain Range and is a great place to stop and drink water as you hike the challenging traverse.
