One of the oldest houses in Bad Salzuflen. At the moment there is a small coffee roastery with a café in it. It's a good place to stop off on a tour. However, it is often completely full on Sunday afternoons.😞

While construction activity came to a near standstill due to the effects of the Thirty Years' War, Backs House is the last in all of East Westphalia-Lippe to be so richly decorated. Furthermore, it is probably one of the most photographed houses in the old town.
