Jollies Pass Road. The road is ok for mountain biking but is unsuitable for bicycle touring. The road has not been maintained for years and is badly rutted in many places. There are a couple of stream crossings and large, deep water holes that may require a rider to dismount and wade through. The road is also very steep. For bicycle tourists, stay on the Molesworth Road rather than take the Jollies Pass Road to and from Hanmer Springs.
