In Saint-Aygulf, on the Square de Lattre de Tassigny, there is a monument erected in 1924 in Tlemcen and repatriated in 1965 to Saint-Aygulf. It was sculpted by Joseph Ebstein and depicts a victory accompanying a Poilu and a soldier of the African Army. We can read the following inscription: The district of Saint-Aygulf to his children who died for France. 1914-1918. 1939-1945.
