The start of the trails is at the cross-country skiing center in the Eigenthal valley floor next to the Lindenstübli. The trail network includes 17 km for classic and 18 km for skating technique. The heart trail is suitable for cross-country skiing beginners and anyone who wants to do something for their heart health
