Tips
The main entrance through the approximately 6 km long city fortifications led through the "Great Gate", as it is called in an inscription. The city gate was very cleverly constructed to make it as difficult as possible for potential enemies to storm the city at this weak point. There is no record of Side ever being conquered militarily.
