The temple is sandwiched between Nathan Road and Shanghai Street. The temple in is a listed historic building and is dedicated to Tin Hau.
There is a small square in front of the temple with large Banyan trees - and benches that invite for a short rest from your city exploration. Temple Street Night Market and the Reclamation Street Food Market are nearby too.

“Absolutely worth seeing”
Taoist temple from the 19th century. When entering the rather dark interior, visitors are greeted by incredible clouds of smoke from the masses of burning incense coils and candles, which make breathing difficult after a short time. Lots of people praying. Very original and interesting temple.
