Kramsbeek Crossing

Exciting, slightly adventurous path, can be crossed with dry feet due to the stones.

All of a sudden the traveled path leads through the Beek. Depending on the water level, you now have to close your eyes (or better open😂) and through or you can use the large stones on one side of the crossing. Despite the relatively "high" water level at this time of year (mid-March), I'm just through. The subsoil consists of coarse gravel and moderately large stones. That didn't bother my wide tires. But I could imagine that you could slip with narrower tires and maybe prefer to go over the big stones at the edge. Definitely something different.

It's deeper than it looks. It's better to get off the bike and push through, otherwise the sand will stick to the chain and make unpleasant noises.
