The Schulauer Fährhaus in Wedel offers authentic cuisine and a wonderful view. It is located directly on the Elbe and not far from the Willkomm-Höft ship welcome facility. The ship welcoming facility was inaugurated on June 11, 1952. Unique in the world: There is a flag and anthem for every ship.

It's always nice to be out and about on the Elbe. If you want you can come to the North Sea. But be careful, the barriers are only from May 1st. Open to cyclists and pedestrians until September 30th. Be sure to pay attention to the opening times during the week.
