he main or best-known attraction of Firgas is the fountain, Paseo de Gran Canaria. This was inaugurated in 1995. The fountain is supposed to represent the abundance of water. On the right side, uphill, there are small benches with the coats of arms of all the municipalities of Gran Canaria and a typical image. These images are made of tiles that come from Seville.
