Hiking
The Ługi Helenowskie Reserve was established in 1985. It is a complex of several swamps that give rise to the Zwolence River. Swamps in the reserve cover almost half of the area. The protection objective is to preserve peat bogs and marshy forest communities with rare plant communities. Mammals are represented by wild boars, foxes and elk. Birds, on the other hand, are represented by common buzzard, common cuckoo, crane or fieldfare. There are also grass snakes, adders, slowworms and viviparous lizards.
