Mountain biking

At Roitzsch, south of Bitterfeld-Wolfen lies the pit Theodor. The Tagebaurestsee has a size of over 65 hectares. Most of the bank is covered with loose trees and surrounded by a reed belt. If you can not find a suitable fishing spot on the partly steep and difficult to reach shore, you can also go fishing by boat. The trolling allowed in the Roitzscher pit offers good chances to arrest predators like perch, pike and zander. In addition, grass carp, carp and tench bite in the lake.
