Dome Hiking Trail is not open to bikers and has a straighter, steeper approach to the top of Midnight Dome. This route is super scenic and well-maintained, but after rain or snow, it can be slippery.

Right on the outskirts of the dusty claustrophobic Dawson City you dive into nature on the trail. The trail is rising steadily. At the end it is even quite steep so that you lose a few drops of sweat. The Aussischt on the environment of Dawson is certainly worth it, however, and at the very top invites a feudal, solid wooden bench even to stay if it allows the temperature.
