Built in the 17th century and acquired in 1904 by the Baron de Mévius, the Château de La Falize (whose name derives from "cliff") is in reality a fortified farm, at the heart of a vast property of 220 hectares, including 70 drink.
It is managed today by Frédéric de Mévius, ninth generation of the family that owns AB-Inbev, of which he was a director from 1991 to 2004, the year of the merger of Interbrew with the Brazilians of AmBev which gave birth to the brewing giant. AB InBev.
