The change from the small, spartan, simple mountain farmhouse to the Chez Vrony restaurant at 2100 m above sea level is more than a story.
It embodies the living past of the last 100 years: a chronicle of the Julen family, life in Findeln and the development of Zermatt from a remote mountain farming village to a world-famous tourist destination.
Warmth, hospitality, a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn and just enjoying the time for yourself - that is Chez Vrony. The restaurant at 2100 meters with a living history has embodied a family tradition for over 100 years.
