at the golf course I recommend the second exit from the embankment from the Warsaw side to avoid sand, then premium gravel

The most scenic and isolated segment of the route to Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. Gravel singletrack in most part, albeit very smooth. Very good chance to see some wildlife, I have come across an elk, hares and foxes there.
