The ''Pista de Ricabo'' is a very nice gravel road, with hardly any traffic, that runs through a wooded area to Puerto de Ventana. There is a 800m ascent (or descent) that will take you through the trees and, most likely, the mist, revealing beautiful panoramic views at the top. The differences between Asturias and León can be seen: Asturias, always humid and leafy, and León, more arid and drier.
