The way to the summit and viewpoint is something to climb and sure-footedness is needed. If you did it, however, you will be rewarded with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The way to the Bärenfels is very nice to drive on, down it is really flowy. It's worth it.

I climbed today (April 28, 2025). I took the path from Haslach and turned right at the first junction. The last stretch is steep and arduous. Once at the top, it's a few more meters of walking.
