The castle used to belong to Count von Pappenheim, who also lived here. Unfortunately, you can no longer enter the palace area today, it is privately owned. Anyone interested in churches should take a look at the church in Möhren. This is a baroque church with a free-standing steeple and used to be the castle church. After the Möhren village church burned down due to a lightning strike, the count handed over his church to the Möhreners.
