This famous rocky outcrop lies on a very nice route around Skiddaw or Blencathra, part of the Cumbrian Way. They're very hard to ride on a MTB, probably rated S2 - S3. Good luck!

Classic loop of skiddaw which has quite a long climb to the top but once your there enjoy the view.
Either go back the way you came which wouldn't be the best or decend off the back onto the scree trail which is amazing
