The object is a residential house of a formerly approximately four-sided closed courtyard. Quite open-plan partially three-aisled residential stable house of four compartment length; executed in a combination of Low German and Central German design. On the high outer wall of the central nave is the main entrance with skylight and inscription in the lintel: "DHVT RIGHT SCHVNEMANT. GOT HEVT DIS HAVS FVR FEYR VND BRAND DRIES HEVTZEN ZETLIGEN EHELEVT ANNO 1701 THE 8 IVNNY. "

A unilaterally sloped saddle roof in brick cover closes the building.
