A very nicely restored, still working, stone mill in the windmill village of Ruislede. On some windy days you can visit the mill while the miller is at work. The mill is open every first Sunday of the month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

The Hostensmolen, once owned by the miller family Hoste, is a stone windmill in the municipality of Ruiselede, located in West Flanders. It has been called 'Gemeentemolen' since 2000 and was previously also wrongly named 'Kruiswegemolen'.

Hostens Molen, a brick mill from 1856-1857, goes back to a mountain mill from 1774, which in turn replaced a post mill. Before 1774 there is already a wooden windmill on this place.
