The Laintal is wildly romantic and very well suited for a short hike. The water ripples slowly next to the hiking trail. You can also see the Lainbach waterfall at several points along the way.

Really very worthwhile valley. I recommend the slight ascent over the spa park at Burgberg Mittenwald, over Lake Lautersee and then down the Laintal. Well paved paths, absolutely relaxed to walk and almost a gorge feeling. Overall relaxed 4-5 km and about 150hm.
