Hiking
The citadel is beautifully restored. However, there are no information boards, so you definitely need a guide to learn and see more than just an empty citadel.
Beware of pickpockets. We were there on a Friday and it was swarming with them, we had a good guide who looked after us.

Stones from the lost wonder of the world, the "Lighthouse of Alexandria," are said to have been used in the construction of this citadel.
