          Turlidfossen is a beautiful and easily accessible waterfall, while due to it being located a bit off the track it’s not crowded with people. Even in the peak season you would meet only few individuals on the path to it. From the waterfall there is a very nice hike up to Stegastein with several viewpoints, overlooking the Aurlandsdalen, on the way. But be prepared, this hike requires a little bit of fitness and it’s also not maintained so some parts of the path resemble a walk in the jungle.
