Sowdley Wood, just outside Clun, has been owned by Lord Sainsbury for the past thee decades. It's a beautiful, calm wood quite at odds with the hectic Hopton Woods nearby. There's wildlife in abundance, and plenty of places to top and admire your surroundings.
