On the façade, to the south towards Bahnhofstraße, is the coat of arms of Elector Karl Theodor von Pfalz-Baiern (google it!) in bright white, as well as a walled-in steel plate to commemorate Georg Sebastian Plinganser, who was born in Pfarrkirchen (also google it). The building houses the Pfarrkirchner local history museum and tourist information. Like all public buildings in Pfarrkirchen in very good condition.
