Sometimes called Pig Lake.
There is an ornamental pavilion made of Gildehauser sandstone on a small island in the lake. Inside is a pig, encased in armor and with a barrel organ inside. The pig sculpture is made of cast resin and a functioning organ. The ensemble was created by Paul Etienne Lincoln.
The pig is said to be of the “Buntes Bentheimer Pig” breed.
The installation was created during the open-air sculpture project “raumsichten” in 2012.
