Tips
A nice narrow hedge path. Left and right of the path, dead wood was stacked to form a kind of Benjes hedge. Line-like, loose deposits of mainly thin prunings, such as branches and twigs, can result in initial plantings due to seed drift.
Benje hedges provide protection and food for birds and other animals, so that they should accelerate the seeding of trees with their droppings or their food stores.
