A visit to the ruins and Mayan temples in Tikal is a must on a trip to Guatemala. Easily accessible from Flores or El Remate. Admission currently 150 quetzales. The park is very spacious and in addition to all the impressive temples, you will also find numerous different animal species. You should plan 5 - 7 hours for the exploration.
