Church of st. Otto. The cornerstone for the construction was laid in 1872, and the temple was solemnly consecrated in 1873.

The construction of the church burdened the Catholic parish in Słupsk, the construction of the parish church cost 40,200 marks. The donors supporting the construction were: the German Empress Augusta and the Austrian Empress Elisabeth, the Saxon ducal court - 11,000 marks came from these donors. In addition, the construction was supported by the Wrocław diocesan committee of the Union of Saint Boniface. The church was built in the years 1872-1873.

Mostly companies from Słupsk and the county worked on the construction of the church. The split field stones were delivered from Nowa Dąbrowa, Wieliszew and Głobin. The brick came from the Zechlin brickyard. The rest of the materials were provided by Carl Westwahl's company. The architectural supervision was carried out by the architect S. Heitbrandt. The church was erected in the Neo-Romanesque style. The equipment of the church was made by workshops from all over Germany. The organ was made by F. Kienschert in Nowe Miasto in Upper Silesia.

Worth watching. The church is little known because it is on a hill behind the trees and a bit off the road.
