In the hamlet of Ratum there is a large farm on the stone quarry road, not a beautiful cross-house like a scholten farm, but old farm buildings that are clearly visible. The living area is not located on the road and still has the Saxon farmhouse type.
Was originally a fief of the hef in Miste, later the Lords of Lohn, and eventually under the Lordship of Bredevoort the House of Orange became the feudal lord.
The farm is currently leasehold and is home to a dairy farm. The size is now almost 50 hectares.
