Eldora is a remaining house that was built in the mid 19th century. still standing in the middle of an orange grove. Severe frost destroyed the plantations and there was no reconstruction.
It is described that there are still some orange trees to be found.
A parking lot is available to visit the site. Admission is free; a short hiking trail leads through a natural forest and over a boardwalk to the gem. There are rocking chairs on the porch of the house that can be used to enjoy the beautiful view of the water.
