Located about 3 miles from Basseterre on the Atlantic Ocean, Frigate Bay is one of St. Kitts' most popular beaches. During the day there is a lively activity with water sports (windsurfing, kayaking and jet skiing) and beach volleyball. After dark, there is live music, dancing and bonfires in the beach bars.
