A small hamlet with no shops, cafe or pub. It does have a basic Youth Hostel and you can also camp in the grounds. This was one of the last communities to be accessed by road and electricity, the road was built in 1990 and electricity wasn’t available until 1980.
It is an amazing place to base yourself and run from or a fun stop on a loop from Tarbert.
