The foundation of this church far from the center dates back to the 11th century. The primitive parts have almost completely disappeared. The church certainly owes its foundation to the monks of the Abbey of Saint-Germain des Prés in Paris, who owned an estate in the county. The building was greatly modified in the 16th century.
