The very nicely reconstructed site of the mill and adjacent buildings serves today as an environmental education center and a tourist base. The area consists of a caretaker's house, a half-timbered building, a mill and a barn.

The architectural gem of the mill is the millhouse, modified today as a social and gathering space. From the summer of 2013, it should be equipped with games for children. On the ground floor of the mill are built toilets with a bathroom in retro style, accessible from the ground floor of the half-timbered cottage. There is cold and hot water and there is a bathtub.
