Aplerbeck Indoor Pool

The Aplerbeck indoor swimming pool in Dortmund is located at Diakon-Koch-Weg 6, 44287 Dortmund. It is a public swimming pool that is operated by the Schwimmgemeinschaft Dortmund-Süd e.V. The pool offers various swimming activities for the public and is also used by local swimming clubs, including SG Dortmund Süd, TV Gut-Heil, DJK Ewaldi Aplerbeck and the DLRG local group Aplerbeck.The indoor swimming pool has a 25-meter sports pool with five starting blocks and a 1-meter diving board as well as a teaching pool. The pool was opened in 1977 and underwent extensive renovation work in 2010. It is centrally located near the center of Aplerbeck and well connected to public transport.
