Hiking

I would definitely recommend not only sturdy shoes, but good hiking boots and not city shoes, and if you have walking poles, I recommend them. Otherwise, you should be sure-footed, have a head for heights and maybe even be more experienced. I would advise beginners against it, and I wouldn't recommend the tour in windy and bad weather.
