Tips
The Panten Bridge is a double bridge, where the newer bridge was placed on top of the older one. Because the previous bridge has been preserved to this day, construction techniques from different bridge building eras can be viewed in a very small space.
The lower stone bridge was built in 1853/54. With the construction of a road from Tierfed to Sandwiti, the new upper bridge was created between 1899 and 1902 over the old bridge. Both bridges were extensively renovated in 1997 and are listed monuments.translated by
