The road (and the cycle path) used to run at right angles over the Enz on a post-war bridge. Since this was now dilapidated, a new curved structure was built over the Enz and opened in November 22. The old bridge has been completely dismantled and you can no longer see anything of it. From the bridge you have a good view of the mouth of the Enz and the Besigheim Niedernberg with its steep vineyards.
On the north side, the Enz Valley cycle path goes under the bridge and saves cyclists from having to use traffic lights.
