This funeral stone is the monument to the memory of the twenty-five year old Paolo Frascherelli who died while clearing a field near this place. The last digit of the date of his death cannot be read nor is there news from other sources so it is not clear whether this young militarized civilian died during or immediately after the war. The monument is located along a beautiful straight stretch of perfectly groomed dirt road.
