The Scrub Jay Trail is an easy loop that takes you deeper into the Lake Wales area. You will hike along scattered prairie ponds within a dry ecosystem. Keep your eyes peeled for one of the state’s most endangered birds, the Florida scrub jay that gave this trail its name.
